Attorney Luisa Patrick McBride serves as the Managing Attorney of McBride Legal Group, P.A., where she leads the firm’s legal practice and is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most challenging legal matters. A former prosecutor with over 15 years of experience practicing law in Florida, she brings courtroom strength, strategic insight, and genuine compassion to every client she represents. She and her husband, Firm Director and CEO Patrick McBride, built McBride Legal Group together and continue to guide its mission of delivering exceptional family law representation built on service, integrity, and excellence.

Before they built McBride Legal Group, Attorney McBride served as a prosecutor, advocating for victims and upholding the law in the courtroom. That foundation shaped the attorney she is today—one known for meticulous preparation, strong advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to protecting her clients’ interests both inside and outside the courtroom. Drawing on her extensive litigation experience, she provides strategic, results-driven representation tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals. Whether negotiating a favorable resolution or litigating a contested matter, she approaches every case with the same level of professionalism, diligence, and determination.

They built McBride Legal Group together on a foundation of public service. Before the firm, Attorney McBride served as a prosecutor advocating for victims in the courtroom, while Mr. McBride spent nearly two decades serving and protecting the community as a firefighter and Fire Captain. Their combined backgrounds bring a unique perspective to family law—one rooted in service, accountability, compassion, and leadership. Their personal partnership runs equally deep: when they married, Luisa not only took Patrick’s last name but also adopted his first name as her middle name, becoming Luisa Patrick McBride—a meaningful reflection of the close and inseparable bond they share in both life and business.

Attorney McBride focuses her practice exclusively on Florida family law, representing clients in matters involving divorce, child custody and timesharing, child support, alimony, paternity actions, modifications, enforcement proceedings, relocation disputes, domestic violence injunctions, and other complex family law matters. Their greatest joy is watching their son grow into a disciplined, hardworking young man who shares the values of integrity, perseverance, and service that have guided their family from the beginning. Whether cheering him on at basketball games or spending time together outside the office, family remains at the center of everything they do. Patrick McBride serves as the Firm Director and Chief Executive Officer of McBride Legal Group, P.A., where he is responsible for the firm’s long-term vision, strategic growth, operational leadership, and client experience. Working alongside his wife, Attorney Luisa McBride, he helps guide the firm’s mission of delivering exceptional family law representation while building an organization focused on service, innovation, and excellence.

Before entering the legal field, Mr. McBride dedicated nearly twenty years to public service as a professional firefighter and Fire Captain with Martin County Fire Rescue. During his career in the fire service, he responded to thousands of emergencies and led personnel through high-pressure situations requiring calm decision-making, strategic leadership, and effective communication. As a Fire Captain, he was entrusted with protecting lives, managing complex incidents, and leading teams during some of the most critical moments people would ever face. Those same leadership principles now guide his work at McBride Legal Group.

Together, Patrick and Attorney Luisa McBride have built McBride Legal Group on a foundation of public service. Before founding the firm, Attorney McBride served as a prosecutor, advocating for victims and upholding the law in the courtroom, while Mr. McBride spent nearly two decades serving and protecting the community as a firefighter. Their combined backgrounds bring a unique perspective to family law—one rooted in service, accountability, compassion, and leadership.

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. McBride oversees the firm’s strategic planning, business development, marketing initiatives, technology implementation, operational systems, financial management, and organizational growth. He is responsible for ensuring the firm continues to evolve, innovate, and deliver an exceptional experience for every client. His leadership focuses not only on the firm’s current success but also on its long-term sustainability and future expansion throughout Florida.

While Mr. McBride is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice, he works closely with the legal team to ensure clients receive responsive communication, exceptional service, and a professional experience from their initial consultation through the resolution of their case.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys strength training, continuous learning, and investing time in personal and professional development. He believes that discipline is earned through consistent daily habits—a philosophy that influences both his leadership and his life at home. Nothing brings him greater pride than watching his son develop into a respectful, resilient, and hardworking young man while sharing the values that have long defined the McBride family. Together, Patrick and Luisa have built not only a successful law firm but a family culture rooted in accountability, service, and integrity. Rachel Kassay has served as Executive Assistant to the Firm Director at McBride Legal Group, P.A., since December 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience in a similar support role within the interior design industry, where she developed strong organizational, administrative, and client service skills that continue to support her work today.

Rachel earned her B.S. in Business Management and Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. She provides executive-level administrative support to the Firm Director, helping coordinate daily operations, manage organizational processes, and ensure the efficient functioning of the firm. She plays a key role in maintaining operational consistency, supporting internal workflows, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Rachel was drawn to family law firm operations because it combines her passion for organization and problem-solving with the opportunity to support clients during important life transitions. She enjoys helping create efficient systems and processes that allow the legal team to focus on serving clients, and she finds it rewarding to play a role in a practice that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Rachel enjoys working at McBride Legal Group because of its collaborative environment, commitment to client care, and high standard of professionalism. She values being part of a team that is both supportive and mission-driven, and she takes pride in contributing to the firm’s efficiency and overall client experience.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the beach with her dog, Moose. She is dedicated to Muay Thai training, which reflects her discipline, focus, and competitive drive.

Carly Errico serves as the Lead Litigation Paralegal and Development Coordinator at McBride Legal Group, where she combines her passion for family law with a commitment to supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. With 22 years of customer service experience and a diverse legal background that includes four years in family law and two years handling property damage and personal injury matters, Carly brings both compassion and professionalism to every case she manages.

In her role, Carly oversees case management while also focusing on the development and training of new team members. She is dedicated to helping clients understand the legal process, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate complex legal matters.

Carly’s interest in the legal profession grew from her desire to better understand the law and help others navigate it effectively. She particularly enjoys the intricacies of family law and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients facing difficult circumstances.

A commissioned notary, Carly values continuous learning and professional growth. She appreciates the collaborative environment at McBride Legal Group, citing the professionalism, compassion, and dedication of her colleagues as some of the reasons she enjoys being part of the team.

Outside of work, Carly enjoys boxing and playing soccer—activities that reflect her energy, discipline, and competitive spirit.
