Attorney Luisa Patrick McBride is the Managing Attorney of McBride Legal Group, P.A., where she focuses exclusively on Florida family law. A former prosecutor and with more than 15 years of being and attorney in Florida, she brings extensive courtroom experience, strategic judgment, and genuine compassion to individuals and families facing difficult legal matters.

Before founding McBride Legal Group with her husband, CEO Patrick McBride, Attorney McBride served as a prosecutor, advocating for victims and representing the State of Florida in court. That experience shaped her disciplined approach to litigation and strengthened the qualities that continue to define her practice: meticulous preparation, direct communication, and determined advocacy.

Attorney McBride represents clients in matters involving divorce, parental responsibility and timesharing, child support, alimony, paternity, modifications, enforcement proceedings, relocation disputes, domestic violence injunctions, and other complex family law matters. She understands that every family and every case is different. Her approach begins with listening carefully to each client, identifying what matters most, and developing a legal strategy tailored to the client’s circumstances and goals.

Whether working toward a negotiated resolution or preparing a contested matter for court, Attorney McBride provides clear guidance and candid advice throughout the legal process. She believes clients should understand their options, know what to expect, and remain informed as their cases progress. While Luisa served the community as a prosecutor, Patrick spent nearly two decades serving and protecting the community as a firefighter and Fire Captain. Their combined experience brings a distinctive perspective to family law, one rooted in service, accountability, compassion, and leadership.

Their personal partnership runs equally deep. When they married, Luisa not only took Patrick’s last name but also adopted his first name as her middle name, becoming Luisa Patrick McBride, a meaningful reflection of the close and inseparable bond they share in both life and business. Together, they have built a family-owned law firm committed to providing clients with personal attention, honest guidance, and strong legal representation.

As Managing Attorney, Attorney McBride leads the firm’s legal practice and maintains its commitment to professional excellence and exceptional client service. Outside the office, Attorney McBride enjoys spending time with Patrick, their son, and their beloved dogs. One of their greatest joys is watching their son grow into a disciplined and hardworking young man who shares their values of integrity, perseverance, and service.

Patrick McBride serves as the Chief Executive Officer of McBride Legal Group, P.A. Working alongside his wife, Managing Attorney Luisa Patrick McBride, he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, operations, growth, and client experience. Together, they lead a family-owned law firm committed to providing Florida families with professional service, responsive communication, and strong legal representation.

Before entering law-firm leadership, Mr. McBride dedicated nearly 20 years to public service as a professional firefighter and Fire Captain with Martin County Fire Rescue. During his career, he responded to thousands of emergencies and led personnel through high-pressure situations requiring calm decision-making, clear communication, and decisive leadership. As a Fire Captain, he was entrusted with protecting lives, managing complex incidents, and guiding teams through some of the most critical moments people would ever face. Those experiences continue to shape his leadership at McBride Legal Group.

Patrick and Attorney McBride built the firm on a shared foundation of public service. While Luisa served the community as a prosecutor advocating for victims in the courtroom, Patrick spent nearly two decades serving and protecting the community where he was born and raised through his career in the fire service. Their combined backgrounds bring a distinctive perspective to the firm, one grounded in service, accountability, compassion, and leadership.

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. McBride oversees the firm’s strategic planning, business development, marketing, technology, operational systems, financial management, and organizational growth. He works to ensure that the firm continues to evolve while maintaining the high standards and personal attention upon which it was founded. His leadership is focused on building a strong, sustainable organization capable of serving families throughout Florida without losing the individualized care that clients deserve.

Although Mr. McBride is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice, he works closely with the firm’s attorneys and professional staff to support a responsive, organized, and client-centered experience. From the first interaction with the firm through the conclusion of a case, he remains focused on ensuring that clients are treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine care.

Known for his attention to detail, high standards, and commitment to continuous improvement, Mr. McBride plays an integral role in the firm’s continued development. His operational leadership allows the legal team to remain focused on advocating for clients while ensuring the firm has the people, technology, and systems necessary to provide exceptional service.

Outside the office, Patrick enjoys strength training, continuous learning, and investing in his personal and professional development. He believes discipline is built through consistent daily habits, a philosophy that influences both his leadership and his life at home.

Nothing brings Patrick greater pride than the family he and Luisa have built together. One of their greatest joys is watching their son grow into a respectful, resilient, and hardworking young man who shares the values that have long guided their family. Rachel Kassay serves as the Executive Administrator of McBride Legal Group, P.A. As a member of the firm’s leadership team, she works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to coordinate executive priorities and support the firm’s daily operations and continued growth. Since joining McBride Legal Group in December 2024, Rachel has become an integral part of the organization.

Rachel supports operational planning, manages administrative processes, facilitates communication among team members, and helps ensure that firm initiatives are implemented effectively. Through her organization, discretion, and attention to detail, she strengthens internal workflows, promotes consistency and accountability, and allows the firm’s attorneys and professional staff to remain focused on serving clients.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. Before joining McBride Legal Group, she developed a strong foundation in executive support, administration, organization, and client service within the interior design industry. She now applies that experience to a fast-paced legal environment where careful coordination, professionalism, and responsiveness are essential.

Rachel was drawn to law-firm administration because it allows her to combine her strengths in organization and problem-solving with the opportunity to support clients during significant life transitions. She takes pride in developing efficient processes, promoting accountability, and helping create a professional and supportive experience for both clients and members of the firm.

Rachel values McBride Legal Group’s collaborative culture, commitment to client care, and high standards of professionalism. She is proud to contribute to a mission-driven organization and to play an important role in its operational success and continued development.

Outside the office, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors, especially visiting the beach with her dog, Moose. She is also dedicated to Muay Thai training, an interest that reflects the discipline, focus, and determination she brings to both her professional and personal life.

Carly Errico serves as the Lead Litigation Paralegal and Development Coordinator at McBride Legal Group, where she combines her passion for family law with a commitment to supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. With 22 years of customer service experience and a diverse legal background that includes four years in family law and two years handling property damage and personal injury matters, Carly brings both compassion and professionalism to every case she manages.In her role, Carly oversees case management while also focusing on the development and training of new team members. She is dedicated to helping clients understand the legal process, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate complex legal matters.

Carly’s interest in the legal profession grew from her desire to better understand the law and help others navigate it effectively. She particularly enjoys the intricacies of family law and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients facing difficult circumstances.

A commissioned notary, Carly values continuous learning and professional growth. She appreciates the collaborative environment at McBride Legal Group, citing the professionalism, compassion, and dedication of her colleagues as some of the reasons she enjoys being part of the team.

Outside of work, Carly enjoys boxing and playing soccer—activities that reflect her energy, discipline, and competitive spirit.

Katy Lopez is a Paralegal with McBride Legal Group who brings more than seven years of legal experience to the firm.

Prior to joining McBride Legal Group, Katy spent nearly seven years working in immigration law, primarily focusing on removal defense matters. During that time, she managed her own caseload, prepared legal filings, assisted in trial preparation, maintained client communications, and handled various aspects of case management. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Katy has had the privilege of assisting clients from diverse backgrounds throughout her career.

She earned an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. Her educational background and practical experience provide a strong foundation for assisting clients through every stage of the legal process.

At McBride Legal Group, she assists Attorney McBride with a variety of family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, paternity actions, child support, timesharing, discovery, mediation preparation, and overall case management. She is committed to helping clients understand the legal process while ensuring their cases continue moving forward efficiently. The most rewarding aspect of her work is seeing a matter progress from its initial stages to a successful resolution, knowing she played a role in helping the client reach that outcome.

A passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in the legal field. She values the opportunity to support clients during challenging times and finds fulfillment in making a meaningful difference in their lives.
